The final price charged to your credit card will be determined in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day the transaction is processed by the credit card company. The charges may also be shown in another currency (GBP, CAD, EUR, JPY, TWD, SGD, KRW and USD) as reference. Simply select your preferred currency at the bottom left of the page.

Your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
Orders shipping to Hong Kong & Mainland China will usually be delivered in 2 - 5 working days.
For other areas, your order will be delivered within 7 working days.

We can only ship to one address per order.
If you want to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
If you have a WORLD WE MADE account, you may sign into your account and find your tracking number in ‘Order History’ under ‘My Account’.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number. You can track the package through DHL, SF Express or FedEx.
Shipments to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan are delivered 6 days a week, excluding Sundays and statutory public holidays.
For other countries, orders are delivered Monday to Friday, subject to the delivery schedule of SF Express / FedEx / DHL in your country.

Unfortunately no, currently we only offer size exchanges. If you want another style, you may return the purchased item and shop for a new one.

Your refund will be processed after the package has been received and checked at our warehouse. If the product we received is faulty and you are returning the whole order, we will refund the shipping costs as well. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned using our free collection service.
Please note that the refund can take up to 10 working days to charge to your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Yes, your shipping costs are covered when making a return or size exchange.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from us to the shipping address. Once your order has been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance.
