How do I reset my password?

For security reasons we will not send you your password via email.

Do I need an account to place an order?  

You do not need an account to make a purchase. However, if you register one, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

• Save items to your wish list
• Get the latest news and promotions from WORLD WE MADE
• Save your address for an expedited experience
• Manage your account and order history with ease
• On your way to become our privileged member and enjoy more exclusive privileges

Can I add items after placing an order?  

Unfortunately no. You will have to place a new order.

Can I change or cancel my order?  

You can change or cancel your order before shipping, and our customer service team is always ready to answer your inquiries.

Can I place my order over the telephone?  

Unfortunately no. Currently we only accept online orders.

Can I change currency?  

Yes, of course. All charges at our website will be charged in Chinese Yuan. The final price charged to your credit card will be determined in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day the transaction is processed by the credit card company. The charges may also be shown in another currency (GBP, CAD, EUR, JPY, TWD, SGD, KRW and USD) as reference. Simply select your preferred currency at the bottom left of the page.

Shipping and Delivery

When will my order be delivered?  

Your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Orders shipping to Hong Kong & Mainland China will usually be delivered in 2 - 5 working days.

For other areas, your order will be delivered within 7 working days.

Do you ship to other countries outside Hong Kong and China?  

Yes, we do. Please click here for international shipping rates.

Can I ship the same order to multiple addresses?  

We can only ship to one address per order.

If you want to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Can I track my order?  

If you have a WORLD WE MADE account, you may sign into your account and find your tracking number in ‘Order History’ under ‘My Account’.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number. You can track the package through DHL, SF Express or FedEx.

When do you make your deliveries?  

Shipments to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan are delivered 6 days a week, excluding Sundays and statutory public holidays.

For other countries, orders are delivered Monday to Friday, subject to the delivery schedule of SF Express / FedEx / DHL in your country.

Please note that the delivery schedule is subject to change without prior notice.

Can I pick up my items from a convenience store?  

Currently we only offer door-to-door delivery.

Can I change my delivery address?  

Yes, you can change your delivery address before shipping. For inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?  

We have the 14-day unconditional* returns policy for all customers.
You can return your purchase unconditionally* within 14 days from the receipt day. You can view our detailed returns and exchanges policy and instructions here.
*Except products marked with ‘not eligible for exchanges / returns’ when purchased

How do I return or exchange?  

It’s easy. Simply call the carrier who delivered your order and quote our account number to arrange a free collection. You can find their service hotlines here.

Remember, you will have to indicate on the proforma invoice your return reason / exchange size.

Can I exchange for a different style?  

Unfortunately no, currently we only offer size exchanges. If you want another style, you may return the purchased item and shop for a new one.

Can I return or exchange part of my order?  

Sure. Just send us the items you want to return or exchange.

How long will it take to complete the refund?  

Your refund will be processed after the package has been received and checked at our warehouse. If the product we received is faulty and you are returning the whole order, we will refund the shipping costs as well. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned using our free collection service.

Please note that the refund can take up to 10 working days to charge to your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Is my shipping cost covered when making a return or exchange?  

Yes, your shipping costs are covered when making a return or size exchange.

Is my package insured?  

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from us to the shipping address. Once your order has been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance.

To which account will the money be refunded?  

Your refund will be credited to the original payment account with which you made the order.


What kinds of payment methods do you accept?  

We accept Paypal and Alipay as our payment method.

Privilege Program

How can I enroll in your privilege program?  

When you sign into your account and make your first purchase, you will start earning points required to become our privileged member.

You will receive a confirmation and a list of the exclusive privileges when meeting the membership requirements.

I’m a privilege program member, how do I enjoy my discount?  

Your exclusive discount will be automatically applied to the total during checkout.

You will be eligible to earn more points with the net price and enjoy further discounts in future.
