Shopping Process

At World We Made, shopping is a real pleasure. You can browse a product category from the menu or use the search bar on the website to find your favorite style. After adding the perfect item to your shopping cart, you may continue with your shopping or click the shopping cart at the top right corner of the page to proceed with the checkout. Here, simply enter your shipping information, make your payment and wait for the package to arrive at your doorstep.

If you are a registered member of World We Made, you can also add items to your wishlist for later purchase.

  1. Search for and select products
  2. Add products to your shopping cart
  3. Sign into / create your account / checkout as guest
  4. Enter shipping details
  5. Choose payment method
  6. Make the payment
  7. Check out and submit your order
  8. Relax and enjoy your delivery

    You can pay online with Paypal.

Promo Code

If you have a promo code, you can enter it during the checkout process.

  1. At the checkout page, enter your promo code at the box
  2. Click "APPLY".

The promo code discount will be reflected in the order summary if the code is accepted. If the code is rejected, you will receive an on-screen message.

If you entered the promo code, but did not receive the discount, review the applicable terms and conditions to ensure that the code can be applied to the specific product(s) you are purchasing. Promo codes may have a specific expiry date or be applied to certain products only.

Promo Code Terms and Conditions

Our promo code terms and conditions are as follows:

  • Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
  • Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit, nor can they be applied to purchased products.
  • Promo codes may not be applicable to certain products. Please see the specific details of the promo code for the exclusion list.
  • The promo code must be entered prior to completing your order.
  • Items bought with discount coupons are returnable and are eligible for a refund limited to the actual payment amount. A coupon cannot be reused after a purchased item has been returned.

14-day Unconditional Returns Service*

We aim to provide a satisfactory after-sales service and accept unconditional returns of the products within 14 days from receipt, except for BRUNEBLONDE hair care products.

Please note that a returned item must be in a salable condition, which means that the product is in its original condition with the original packaging, and has not been damaged, stained, used or washed.
